The brace straps onto the knee and is easy to adjust for comfort. It can produce both heat and vibration at various levels so you can adjust it to suit your exact needs easily.

This is a good knee therapy device. It is well made from high quality materials, and mostly functions as advertised. The controls are intuitive and easy to use, and the straps make it easy to pit on and take off. It is nicely sized, and is surprisingly low profile considering what it can do, and the fact that it is cordless is a huge bonus! The heat therapy is excellent, and gets hot enough to really make a difference.

I'm having issues with my knee and needed some form of heat for it. Ordered this product cause a coworker told me about it. So far it works great. You can cool on how hot you want it and the intensity of the massage you want. Very satisfied with this so far

This massager works great! It has 3 different heat settings ranging from approximately 130° - 170°F. It also has 3 vibration settings. It works well on knees, elbows, shoulders and ankles/feet. I was also able to make it fit my hand and wrist. It is rechargeable, do no annoying wires getting in the way. The battery lasts a long time. I used it on both knees and elbows for about 15 each and still had about 50% battery left. It seems well made too.
